About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead and manage our client relationships and partnerships. The Senior Account Director will be responsible for driving business development, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading the account management team to ensure that all client needs are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development

  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in the fashion industry a plus

  • Experience with blockchain technology a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field


Responsibilities:


  • Lead business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

  • Lead the account management team and ensure that all client needs are met

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that client needs are being addressed

  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the company

  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall marketing and sales strategy
